Modem Statistics
Modem
Selects and identifies the modem to which statistics apply.
Connect time
Is the number of seconds that the connection has been alive.
Last disconnect
Is the reason for the last disconnection.
Modulation
Is the modulation method used by this modem.
Compression
Is the compression method used by this modem.
Error correction
Is the error correction method used by this modem.
Transmit throughput
Is the transmit data throughput measured in bytes-per-second. This will be
zero if no data is being transmitted.
Receive throughput
Is the receive data throughput measured in bytes-per-second. This will be zero
if no data is being received.
Initial transmit rate
Is the transmit data rate negotiated by the modems when they first connect.
Initial receive rate
Is the receive data rate negotiated by the modems when they first connect.
Current transmit rate
Is the current transmit data rate negotiated by the modems. (Line noise may
cause modems to renegotiate.)
Current receive rate
Is the current receive data rate negotiated by the modems. (Line noise may
cause modems to renegotiate.)
